Seeking an independent, eager and caring APD for a small private practice in the small town of Boonah. We receive referrals mostly from local GP's, self referrals and word of mouth. Our clients are generally Medicare, DVA and NDIS.
Potential to be trained and certified to be a My Health for Life Facilitator, if desired. Which will provide additional responsibilities and income potential.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Client Consultation including assessment, nutrition diagnosis, intervention and review.
- Writing letters to GPs.
- Phone and email correspondence.
- Invoicing and bulk-bill claiming.
- Calender maintenance/appointment setting.
Very flexible with work hours and days, likely 1-2 days per week with potential to be more. Work from home is possible, however most of our clients prefer face-to-face.

Pay: $30.00 – $100.00 per hour
