Full Job Description

Are you passionate about health and healing?

We are seeking an energetic, mature, and highly organised Receptionist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of front-desk duties, administration, and wearing the many hats it takes to support a small business.

Position Details:

✅Initially a casual position, Approximately 2 shifts per week

✅Must be available Thurs & Fri

✅Supportive and friendly work environment

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Welcoming clients and ensuring a warm, professional front-desk experience

✔ Handling stock control and ensuring the practice is well-supplied

✔ Managing emails and phone communications (internal & external)

✔ Scheduling appointments and overseeing practitioner calendars

✔ Processing invoices and handling financial transactions

✔ Maintaining organized business records and administrative documents

✔ Keeping the reception and clinic clean and presentable

✔ Performing general admin duties (filing, photocopying, scanning, etc.)
