Full Job Description

We are looking for a professional, welcoming and organised Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play an important role in delivering a seamless and high-quality client experience, from the initial enquiry through to their visit.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients while maintaining a warm, professional clinic environment.
Manage client enquiries via phone, email and social media, including providing information about treatments, pricing and appointments.
Coordinate bookings, rescheduling, client forms and general reception administration.
Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and assist with translation between clients and our clinical team.
Support the client journey by understanding client needs, following up enquiries and communicating relevant feedback to the clinical team.

Requirements

Fluency in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written, is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Warm, professional and empathetic approach to client care.
Proactive and reliable, with the ability to multitask in a busy clinic environment.
Genuine interest in skincare, beauty and aesthetic treatments.
Knowledge of cosmetic and aesthetic treatments or general skin concerns.

Desirable

Previous experience in a skin, beauty, aesthetic or medical clinic.
Experience handling treatment enquiries or client coordination.
Additional language skills are a plus.

Full-time and part-time positions available.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24.0 per week
