Full Job Description

Work allocated 2 weeks in advance
Competitive hourly rate - $34.34 per hour

Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.

About the Role:
We are looking for a support merchandiser in BONDI JUNCTION and surrounds (stores may include, but are not limited to, Coles Bondi Junction, Coles Bondi Westfield & Coles Edgecliff)

Up to 20 hours per week (average 14 hours per week) Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday being essential days.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
Pricing and ticketing compliance
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful candidate will have:

Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment (not essential)
Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded
Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
