Full Job Description

We are a busy Cafe in Sunshine Plaza Shopping Center in Maroochydore looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join our friendly team. This position is responsible for the seamless running of the Cafe in the most efficient and effective manner, delivering the high standards of products, whilst being proactive in maintaining and improving excellent customer service and staff efficiency.

You will share a passion for great service of a boutique coffee brand, pride yourself on presentation & consistency to deliver the best customer experience and satisfaction.

The main duties will include but are not limited to:

· Barista experience (is preferrable)

· Opening and closing of café

· Regular communication with customers

· Food handling and preparation

To be considered for this role you must have:

· Previous Hospitality and Barista experience is advantage

· Excellent teamwork skills

· Be able to work weekdays and weekends

· Outstanding customer service skills

· Ability to work efficiently, multitasking under pressure

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

You will have many opportunities to develop your skills and career growth as well as a competitive compensation and benefit policy.

Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

Pay: $20.00 – $38.00 per hour
