FULL-TIME RESTAURANT MANAGER WANTED!!!
17 CHURCH STREET NELSON BAY PTY LIMITED trading as TATTERSALLS HOTEL BLAYNEY located at 47 Adelaide St Blayney, NSW 2799, is currently seeking talented and dedicated Full Time Restaurant Manager for the daily operation of our business.
About the Role:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key part in ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly and delivers unforgettable service to our customers:
· Collaborate with chefs to create new dishes, update menus, special dietary requirements, and ensure offerings align with the restaurant's concept.
· Plan and organize special events including coordinating menus, stang, and logistics.
· Supervise the daily running of the restaurant (including managing the till, communicate with suppliers, repairers, and relevant authorities).
· Train, lead, motivate and develop our team to deliver the highest possible restaurant
· Communicating with clients for their booking and function queries.
· Confer with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals, service, and overall Setting up floor & table for service.
· Meet, greet and seat guests assist in taking orders
· Manage the restaurant's social media presence, engaging with customers and promoting the brand.
· Monitor food, beverage, and labour costs across the restaurant.
· Adhere to all company policies including food handling OH&S and quality services and cleanliness standards.
· Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and financial records.
· Complete and maintain all administration tasks on a daily/weekly basis.
We are looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Relevant Industry Qualification is preferred.
- A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Strong understanding of all facets of restaurant operations, from menu planning to staff supervision and financial management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with both staff and customers.
- Ability to motivate, train, and develop your team.
In return, we offer:
- A competitive salary $75,000 to $90,000 plus Superannuation based on experience level.
