Concierge / Receptionist

Our team is growing and we are looking for a Concierge / Receptionist for an onsite facility in Blayney-NSW, employed on a Part-Time basis.
The required shift time is Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm
What You Will Do
- Manage reception services and site access for visitors, contractors, suppliers, and employees.
- Handle incoming calls, mail, courier services, visitor registrations, and site inductions.
- Coordinate company vehicle bookings, contractor management records, and workplace security systems.
- Provide administrative support to Facilities, HR, SHE, and site leadership teams.
- Assist with work order processing, contractor coordination, reporting, and invoice administration.
- Maintain accurate records, compliance documentation, and monthly site reports.
- Monitor site activities including contractor access, fire panel reporting, fatigue reporting, and emergency response procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and office service efficiencies.
- Ensure the reception and concierge area remains professional, welcoming, and well-maintained.

- Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Solid time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Commitment to safe work practices and adherence to site procedures Experience
- Previous experience in a similar reception, office coordination, or facilities support role
- Experience in an operational office environment (desirable)
