Restaurant Manager

Job role includes.

Working with Chefs to ensure a diverse and appealing selection of food is on offer to our amazing customers.
Leading the front of house team with a hands-on approach.
Liaising with Customers Planning and organizing wedding, functions & events, in house and off-site events, we do an enormous number of private & corporate events.
Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions to ensure smooth operations, work with CFO and COO to keep to financial targets. Keep purchases in order, adhering to budgets, keeping a tight control on rising costs ensuring the rising price of goods is reflected in sales to keep within budgetary constraints.
Ensure the restaurant dining, bar, kitchen, and bathroom facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing Maintain the venue’s appearance in a perfect manner to keep within our quality standards.
Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service and making necessary improvements.
Selecting, training, and supervising waiting and kitchen staff to provide exceptional service.
Taking reservations, greeting guests, and assisting in taking orders as needed to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in food and beverage management or a related field
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Leadership and team-building skills to motivate staff and maintain high standards.
