What You''ll Do
- Engage warm enquiries from our existing lead database. No cold calling, no lead generation
- Run structured discovery sessions to uncover each client's financial position, goals, and borrowing capacity
- Build and present tailored investment strategies across off-the-plan, house and land, co-living, and SMSF
- Leverage our in-house mortgage, property management, and furnishing teams to deliver a true end-to-end solution
- Guide clients through the decision process and see deals through to settlement
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage your pipeline, and track performance against quarterly KPI targets
Who This Role Is For
You’ll succeed in this role if you have:
- Sales Experience in real estate, finance, or a client-facing consultative role.
- Holds an Assistant Agent Certificate / Real Estate Registration, or is willing to obtain the required certification prior to commencement.
- Experienced in presenting investment strategies or financial solutions to clients (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging professionals
- Comfortable discussing financial concepts (we'll train you, but a general understanding helps)
- Genuinely curious about property investment and wealth creation (preferred)
- A coachable mindset and ambition to grow into senior responsibility
- Comfort working in-office within a structured, accountable environment
- Resilient, self-accountable, and driven by results
PRACTICAL DETAILS
- Location: Parramatta NSW 2150 (in-office)
- Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
- Compensation: Generous Base Salary conditional upon experience + Uncapped Commission potential
