Full Job Description

RSCO Group is an established sheet metal fabrication company based in Sydney, specialising in architectural metalwork, aluminium fabrication, flashings, custom projects and CNC sheet metal processing.We are looking for a genuinely skilled Stainless Steel/Aluminium Welder / Fabricator to join our team full time.This role is suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship, can work independently, and understands the importance of clean and accurate fabrication.The role will involve a mixture of:

Stainless Steel/Aluminium TIG and MIG welding
General fabrication and assembly
Reading and interpreting workshop drawings
Working with sheet metal components
Assisting in other areas of the workshop when required, including CNC press brake and punch operations

Requirements:

Previous experience in Stainless Steel/Aluminium welding and fabrication
Ability to produce clean and consistent welds
Strong attention to details
Good workshop attitude and reliability
Ability to work under real workshop deadlines
Experience with architectural or custom fabrication work is an advantage

This is not a production-line-only welding role. We are looking for someone flexible and workshop-minded who can contribute across different areas of the factory when needed.A practical weld test will form part of the interview process.Full-time position.

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
