About the Role

The Project Staging Technician role is critical in preparing, configuring, and testing mobile devices and related ICT systems to ensure readiness for deployment. You’ll work on staging smartphones, tablets, and associated connectivity equipment, ensuring they meet customer specifications and security requirements. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and technical teams, you’ll help deliver seamless mobile solutions that keep our customers connected and productive.

This is a 24‑month fixed‑term, on‑site position based at 16A Emporium Avenue, Kemps Creek NSW .

Candidates must be Australian Citizens and hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Baseline AGSVA security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure and stage mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) and supporting ICT equipment.
Commission connectivity solutions including routers, switches, and wireless technology.
Manage tasks in service management tools to meet SLAs.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents impacting mobile device performance.
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory for mobile assets.
Ensure compliance with security standards and stakeholder requirements.

About You

Strong technical expertise in mobile device configuration and staging.
Ability to deliver exceptional service and meet project deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to improving mobile processes.
Eligible for Baseline security clearance.
