Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a wide range of vehicles
- Install, maintain, and repair vehicle electrical systems and components
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting of wiring, lighting, ignition, and charging systems
- Repair and replace alternators, starters, batteries, sensors, and electronic control units
- Install accessories including GPS systems, reverse cameras, alarms, and audio systems
- Use diagnostic equipment and software to identify faults
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety and industry standards
- Maintain accurate service and repair records
Candidate Requirements:
- 1-2 years of recent full-time experience working as a Automotive Electrician.
- Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology is mandatory.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, safety, and maintenance protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
