Senior Speech Pathologist
Full Time or Part Time

As a Senior Speech Pathologist you will be responsible for maintaining a caseload, both in our clinic as well as out in the community. We want you to work with a team of Allied Health Professionals with unwavering determination, pursuing excellence and pushing boundaries to improve lives and lead in our field!

The role unwrapped:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in the NDIS and community sectors to identify their functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
Provide guidance, supervision and mentorship to Speech Pathology students and graduates, creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Develop individualised treatment plans and intervention strategies to maximise independence, functional capacity, and quality of life.
Collaborate with clients, their families, and a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centered care plans and ensure holistic support.
Provide education and support to clients, caregivers, and support workers to enhance their understanding of speech pathology interventions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Stay informed about the latest research, best practices, and regulatory changes within the NDIS and Community sectors.
Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

A Degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent)
