Full Job Description

We are searching for a Reliable, Motivated and Hard-Working Medical Receptionist to join our Amazing Team/s.

As a Medical Receptionist, most of your primary duties will be Front Reception; and therefore a caring approach towards patients, a great phone manner and basic administrative and computer skills are required.

The following experience will be highly regarded (but none are required):

Medical receptionist or Healthcare Industry experience
Ability to work in a team and autonomously;
Strong communication skills;
Billing & process patient accounts;
General administrative duties as required;
Experience of Best Practice is preferable but not essential;
Knowledge of medical terminology, and medical billing
Ability to handle a high pressure environment and understanding of privacy and confidentiality in a health care setting is a required.
