About the role
As Site Operations Manager, you'll lead the operational functions that keep our sites running effectively. Working closely with Program Managers, Heads of Practice and corporate support teams, you'll oversee administration, workplace operations, WHS, facilities coordination and site-based projects while leading a team of Administration Coordinators and Receptionists.
You'll be a key driver of continuous improvement, ensuring our sites operate efficiently, comply with organisational standards and provide an outstanding experience for clients, staff and visitors.
In this role you'll
Lead the day-to-day operations across Community & Mission sites, ensuring safe, efficient and welcoming environments.
Provide leadership, coaching and support to Administration Coordinators, Receptionists and site administration teams.
Manage workplace operations including reception services, facilities, contractor coordination, repairs and maintenance.
Oversee site administration, financial processing and operational systems that support service delivery.
Coordinate Work Health and Safety activities, emergency management, site inspections and compliance initiatives.
Partner with Property, IT, Finance, Payroll, Marketing, Learning & Development and other corporate teams to optimise site operations.
Lead operational projects and implement initiatives that improve service delivery and staff experience.
Coordinate site meetings, events, inductions and cross-functional collaboration.
Develop and maintain operational procedures, ensuring consistency across multiple sites.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, community partners and church representatives.
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
About you
You're an experienced operations leader who enjoys creating systems that enable people to do their best work.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage competing priorities and enjoy building collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
Demonstrated experience in operations, business administration or office management within a complex organisation.
Proven leadership experience managing administration or operational teams.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing facilities, contractors and workplace operations.
Knowledge of Work Health and Safety legislation and operational compliance.
Strong financial administration and budget management skills.
Experience leading projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities simultaneously.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.

Essential requirements
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Management or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Current NSW Driver Licence.
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Working With Children Check.
NDIS Worker Check.
Demonstrated leadership experience in an operational environment.
