About the Role
This is a Fixed Term Full-Time Pharmacy Assistant role offered for a 12-month contract, you will play a key role in creating a positive and seamless experience for every customer who visits our store. You’ll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with the Retail Manager to ensure the store operates efficiently while delivering outstanding service.
This is a hands-on, customer-focused role where no two days are the same.
You will:

Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the right products for their needs

Build positive relationships with customers and contribute to a welcoming store atmosphere

Maintain visually appealing shelves and displays through effective merchandising and stock replenishment

Ensure accurate pricing and clear product ticketing

Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the register

Assist with stock management, including receiving and organising deliveries

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety throughout the store

Support daily operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently

Ideally, you will have:

Previous pharmacy or retail experience (preferred but not essential)

Experience handling cash and operating registers
