· Maintaining computer-based records and extracting information efficiently
· Keeping records and filing them as required
· Cleaning and tidying of the facility, including gym equipment, spot-cleaning, and windows
· Assisting with the assembly of equipment for fitness classes or general use
· Dealing with suppliers and tradespersons for repairs or new supplies
· Attending to and making phone calls to members, leads and suppliers
· Providing specialised advice on our services to customers
· Responding to clients/members with high interpersonal skills
· Completing new membership enrolment
· Following up with potential leads via phone/email
· Assisting with marketing, including contributing ideas, helping roll out promotions and advertising and attending occasional external marketing events (i.e. field days), which may be on a weekend or out of regular hours
· Maintaining all social media platforms, regularly posting and interacting with members
· Regularly providing relevant content – photos and videos – to post on social media
· Assisting with classes in your shift times
· Check surveillance daily
· monitor stock levels and reorder when required
· Restocking and maintaining the vending machine
· Provision of Fitness Training to clients of the Vitality Health Club as part of group training sessions as required
· Assisting in the development of new classes as required
· Provision of reception services as required
· Responsibility for setting up classes on time and packing away afterwards.
· Supporting members with professional advice and guidance, including correcting technique to minimise the risk of injury.
. Must be interested in Fitness and acquiring a Cert III in the near future
. Must be available to work in both Berri and Renmark facilities
Pay: $24.84 per hour
