Job Description

What will you be doing?

Key support to our team delivery team Managers, and Branch Manager.
Opportunity to be the face and voice of the Branch for NSW National contracts.
Oversee your admin team, and drive the daily administration activities i.e. scheduling work, managing client calls, time sheet management and purchasing.
Maintaining client portals, invoicing and work orders in order to meet client KPIs
Follow up & review subcontractor status and paperwork
Assist with monthly job and client reporting
Database management
General administrative, reception and office duties

Desired Skills and Experience

We’re looking for someone who:

Has enthusiasm, initiative, curiosity and the ability to ‘make things happen’
Has previous experience in office administration
Is confident with technology and can work within complex systems as well as MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Is looking for Full Time work
Has well developed verbal and written communication skills with great personal presentation
Possesses a positive, proactive customer service ethic
