Position Overview

Position Responsibilities and Tasks:
· Manufacture, assemble, and install custom cabinetry, including kitchens, wardrobes, and storage solutions Cabinet Maker
· Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications to produce accurate joiner
· Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as timber, laminates, and engineered boards
· Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
· Install cabinetry on-site, ensuring proper alignment, fitting, and finishing
· Apply finishes, trims, and hardware including hinges, handles, and fittings
· Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards
· Liaise with supervisors, installers, and other trades to ensure timely project completion
· Maintain a clean and safe workshop and worksite environment
Qualifications and Skills:
· AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV plus 1 year of relevant work experience or at least 3 years of relevant experience
· Strong ability to read plans, produce accurate work, and problem-solve on-site.
· Confident with hardware fit-off and delivering high-quality finishes.
· Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience working with a variety of materials including solid timber and laminates.
Base Salary: $83,200 plus superannuation
Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
