The Opportunity
Join the team that keeps one of regional Victoria's most important healthcare facilities running safely and reliably.
As a Facility Controller, you'll use your electrical trade skills to maintain critical hospital infrastructure, troubleshoot complex building systems, and respond to maintenance requirements across the Bendigo Hospital precinct.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced electrician who enjoys variety, problem-solving and working with modern building services technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to electrical and building services faults
- Maintaining critical hospital infrastructure and essential services
- Performing planned and reactive maintenance
- Working with Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Coordinating specialist contractors when required
- Ensuring assets remain safe, compliant and fully operational
- Supporting continuous improvement across facilities and maintenance operations
No two days are the same, and your work directly supports the delivery of healthcare services to the Bendigo community.
Roster Schedule:
This position works a 12-hour rotating roster, covering days and nights across a four-week cycle.
