Position Title: Health Care Worker

Classification: IN37 - IN39

Salary per hour: $28.84 to $33.27 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options

Employment Type: Ongoing part-time positions available

Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025

Role Description

Heathcote Health is seeking dedicated and compassionate Health Care Workers to become part of our supportive team.

As a Health Care Worker, you will be required to work as a productive member of a care team to provide person centred care. It is expected the Health Care Worker will work within the limitations of their role and will provide a competent level of personal care, cleaning and food services for residents. The HCW works under the direction and support of the supervising RN at all times.

About you

As the successful applicant you will:

Certificate III or IV - Ageing Support (CHC43015) or equivalent
Have excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Deliver patient-centred care that meets best practice standards and in line with Dhelkaya Health requirements
Ability to work all shifts, including nights and weekends
