Casual Veterinary Nurse – Eaglehawk Road Vet & Epsom Vet Clinics

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Veterinary Nurse to join our growing team on a casual basis. Enjoy working in a busy companion animal clinic alongside a supportive, dedicated and high‑performing team.

This role is suited to a veterinary nurse who enjoys variety and is excited to be involved in all aspects of clinic life.

Opportunity to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate!

You will be involved in:

Admitting and discharging patients.
Monitoring anaesthetised patients.
Preparing patients for surgery.
TPR’s and tracking and charting vitals.
Updating clients on their pet’s progress.
Administering medication.
Reception and administration duties as required.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing is essential or near completion.
Strong understanding of veterinary nursing procedures and general clinic experience.
Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, as required for the role.
Mature and confident approach when communicating with clients.
A strong organisation and time management skills.
A strong passion and dedication to providing high quality care to all patients.
