We are a major producer and processor of eggs and value-added egg products, operating 10 company farms, maintaining 2 major grading and a processing facility across Sydney and Melbourne.
What's the job?
We are looking for a proactive Poultry Farm Maintenance Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and oversee all maintenance activities across our farm sites. This role is critical to ensuring equipment uptime, compliance with biosecurity standards, and minimal disruption to production cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage preventative maintenance schedules for farm equipment and infrastructure
- Coordinate daily and long-term maintenance activities across sheds and facilities
- Prioritise and schedule reactive maintenance to minimise downtime
- Liaise with internal maintenance teams and external contractors
- Maintain accurate records of assets, servicing, and work orders (CMMS or similar systems)
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with biosecurity, WHS, and animal welfare requirements
- Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement
- Provide regular reports on maintenance performance
What experience are we looking for?
- AQF Advanced Diploma, Diploma of equivalent or at least three years of experience.
- Experience in maintenance scheduling, planning, or coordination
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or maintenance management systems
- Understanding of WHS requirements

Due to our strict biosecurity requirements, you must not have any birds, pigs or poultry at home and be willing to maintain our quarantine policy and procedures. You must also not live with anyone who has contact with these species. Further information on quarantine and biosecurity requirements will be provided at the interview stage.
