What We're Looking For
Skills & Attributes

Exceptional customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Friendly, professional, and confident phone manner
Any experience working in accounts would be beneficial, but not essential.
Intermediate computer proficiency, including the use of databases, online portals, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions
Efficient multitasking, accurate data entry, and strong administrative skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
High level of empathy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work
Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach
Experience in insurance, restoration, or a related industry (highly regarded but not essential)
Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency

About the role
Key Responsibilities

Triaging new claims and completing initial make-safe assessments
Liaise with claimants, repairers, insurers, loss adjusters, external claims administrators, contents assessors and third parties
Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure assessment reports are accurate and complete
Coordinating End-To- End Claims
Enter and update claims information in online insurance portals
Provide professional, timely communication to all stakeholders
Monitor workloads and ensure KPI targets are achieved
Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a supportive team
