Exercise Physiologist – New Graduates Welcome

About Sarollie Allied Health

Sarollie is a rapidly growing allied health clinic created with both clients and clinicians in mind. Our approach focuses on practical, goal-based therapy that supports independence, confidence, and everyday function.

As a growing multidisciplinary practice, we bring together physiotherapy, psychology, chiropractic, dietetics, speech pathology, remedial massage therapy, podiatry and other allied health services under one roof. Our leadership team is clinically experienced and actively involved, ensuring our clinicians feel supported, guided, and confident in their roles.

The Opportunity

This role is well suited to new graduates as well as experienced clinicians. This is an ideal role for a therapist who wants clinical autonomy, flexibility, and support to grow their own client base within a collaborative environment.

Choose from part-time or contractor employment options
Adjustable workload based on your availability and preferences
Weekend work available
Flexible schedule (start with 1–3 days/week, opportunity to expand)
Fully equipped, clean and professional treatment room provided
Reception, bookings, and admin handled for you
Work closely with an experienced Allied Health practitioners in a collaborative setting

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Conduct client assessments & therapy from pediatric to adult clientele depending on your experience and interests.
Be able to solve both clinical and non-clinical problems in day-to-day work.
Be confident with clinical reasoning skills across a variety of conditions.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with other allied health professionals and referring practitioners
Manage a varied caseload including private clients, EPC/Medicare, NDIS, DVA, and aged care
Comply with professional, ethical, and clinic standards
Contribute to a positive, professional clinic experience

Essential Criteria

Hold full ESSA registration with appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance
Strong communication skills and a client-first approach
Clear and accurate written communication skill
Demonstrate a passion for continuing to learn and grow in both a clinical and non-clinical perspective.
Be confident in your role while remaining open to feedback and growth

Essential Criteria

As an Exercise Physiologist at Sarollie, you will:

Be remunerated extremely generously

Salary expectations

Rates are negotiable depending on experience
