Full Job Description

Join Our Team | Gaming, Bistro & Bar

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join our team. This is a varied role that includes working across our gaming room, bistro and bar, providing great service and creating a welcoming experience for our customers.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our venue.

Your duties will include:

Providing friendly and attentive service to gaming room customers
Monitoring the gaming area and maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment
Assisting customers with gaming-related enquiries
Taking orders and serving food and beverages in the bistro and bar
Operating POS and EFTPOS systems
Preparing and serving beverages
Assisting with bistro service, including clearing tables and maintaining presentation
Handling cash and completing transactions accurately
Following responsible service, venue and compliance requirements
Working as part of a team across gaming, bistro and bar shifts
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a friendly, positive and approachable personality
Enjoys working with people and providing great customer service
Is reliable, punctual and well presented
Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Has good communication and attention to detail
Is flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
MUST have RSA, RSG and Gaming Licence

Previous gaming and hospitality experience is required.

Pay: $26.47 – $49.50 per hour
