About the Role
Are you handy with tools and looking for a fast-paced role in manufacturing? We are seeking a hardworking Factory Labourer to join our production team. You’ll be right in the thick of it, supporting the fabrication of high-quality aluminium windows and doors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Fabrication Support: Assisting our experienced fabricators in the assembly of aluminium frames and glass.
Machine Operation: Learning to operate specialised machinery, including saws and CNC machines.
Tool Work: Using a variety of power tools and hand tools to ensure a precision finish.
General Labour: Keeping the factory floor running smoothly, including material handling and site tidying.

What We’re Looking For:

Tool Skills: You’re comfortable and safe using power tools and basic machinery.
Reliability: You show up on time, ready to work, and follow safety procedures to the letter.
Physical Fitness: This is a hands-on role that requires being on your feet and handling materials throughout the day.
Team Player: You take direction well and are happy to jump in wherever the team needs you.
