About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant Coordinator to join our aluminium window & door manufacturing team. This is a role perfect for someone who wants to learn the technical side of the industry while being the professional face of our office.
You’ll work closely with Senior Management, transitioning between production support and managing our reception area.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Reception & Admin: Manage the front desk, handle incoming calls and greet clients.
- Communication: Act as a key point of contact, ensuring smooth daily communication between our team and our customers.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate project records and update our internal systems.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Bridging the gap between estimating and the factory floor to ensure, for example, that glass, extrusions, and hardware are delivered on time for assembly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Willingness to Learn: You don’t need years of experience; we’ll provide the training. A genuine interest in manufacturing or construction is a huge plus.
- People Skills: A friendly, professional phone manner and a "can-do" attitude at the front desk.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy is vital when dealing with schedules and fabrication.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Xero, Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and basic office software.
