Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Mobile Mechanic / Field Service Technician to join our Sunshine Coast team based from Kunda Park.

The Role:
If you're an Automotive Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic or Mobile Plant Technician looking to get out of the workshop and into a varied field service role, this could be exactly what you're looking for.
Working predominantly across the Sunshine Coast region, you'll enjoy the autonomy of managing your own day while being supported by an experienced team behind the scenes.
Every day is different as you diagnose faults, complete scheduled servicing and repairs, respond to breakdowns and help keep our customers operating safely and efficiently.
An average week will involve:
Field Service & Repairs
- Carry out servicing, preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs and fault finding on forklifts, telehandlers, boom lifts and scissor lifts.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, LPG, diesel and electrical faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
Customer Service
- Build strong relationships with customers while delivering professional, responsive field service.
- Keep customers informed on repair progress and recommend additional maintenance where appropriate.
What It Takes:
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality workmanship and likes the freedom that comes with working independently.
You'll bring:
- Trade qualification (Certificate III Automotive, Diesel, Heavy Vehicle or similar, relevant qualification)
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
- Experience servicing automotive vehicles, forklifts, mobile plant, heavy equipment or construction machinery
- Mechanical aptitude across diesel, hydraulic, electrical and LPG systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage changing priorities
