Livingstone Render & Paint (LSRP) is looking for full time solid plasterers / renderers to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. TEST
The Role
The successful applicant will be a part of a dynamic, efficient and effective on site team working together as a team to get jobs done efficiently without compromising quality standards. The successful applicant is not only experienced, but also teachable and committed to working as a team according to LSRP’s standards. They take instruction well and are a part of training and equipping on site labourers. As our onsite teams are the forefront of onsite operations, they will be responsible for representing the company well, operate in line with safe work practices and contribute positively to the team culture and site environment, duties will include:
- Apply plaster, cement render, texture coatings, and other finishing materials to walls, ceilings, partitions, and external surfaces.
- Repair, replace, and restore damaged wall linings, ceiling systems, cladding panels, and surface finishes.
- Fill, patch, and rectify cracks, holes, joints, and imperfections using appropriate compounds, fillers, and sealants.
- Prepare work surfaces through cleaning, scraping, sanding, levelling, and priming to ensure quality finishes.
- Identify material requirements and assist with the handling, storage, and preparation of construction materials.

We service the Sunshine Coast region, from Noosa to North Brisbane. The company office is located in Moffat Beach in Caloundra, and the standard office hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

The Successful Candidate
We are seeking experienced and efficient and adaptable Renderers who:
- Minimum 1-2 years of full-time work experience as a solid plasterer/renderer. Relevant trade qualification is preferred but not required.
- can work independently and as part of a team.
- contributes positively to the culture/environment.
- works efficiently and effectively, and often under pressure.
- solves problems as they arise and is resourceful.
- has an excellent attention to detail.
- is teachable, willing to grow and upskill.
- is quick to learn.
- is also successful for reaching and training others.
- implements safe onsite work practices.
- has their own set of tools, or is willing to attain them as per Company’s standards within the first month of employment.
The Company
LSRP is a construction company specialising in render (and some external paint) based on the Sunshine Coast. We're passionate about providing a quality and reliable rendering solution for local commercial and project builders, as well as local renovations.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
