Summary:

The Centre Administrator at Caloundra Shopping Centre plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within the property sector. This 12-month fixed term position is essential for maintaining efficient processes, supporting management, and enhancing customer satisfaction in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Manage and coordinate office activities, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Support the management team in strategic planning and execution of projects.
Develop and implement administrative systems and processes to improve efficiency.
Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including vendors and service providers.
Foster a collaborative work environment.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of administrative functions and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the property industry.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
