At Belouis, we’re expanding our head office call Centre and looking for experienced Appointment Setters to join our growing team.
This role is perfect for someone with call centre sales or appointment setting experience with previous exposure to finance or a good understanding of mortgages and mortgage reduction.

Your Role
As an Appointment Setter in our Outbound Rescheduling Team, your job will be to manage and rebook appointments for our large team of consultants across Australia.
Daily tasks include:
- Calling clients from our existing database
- Rescheduling online appointments
- Speaking with clients and confirming availability
- Coordinating bookings for consultants
- Updating appointment details in our system
You’ll play a key role in keeping our consultants’ calendars full and ensuring clients are properly scheduled.
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for confident communicators who enjoy speaking with people and working toward results. Previous experience in the finance industry, or a sound understanding of mortgages and mortgage reduction is essential for this role.
Requirements
- 2+ years call centre experience
- Experience in outbound sales or appointment setting
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Good computer and administration skills
- High attention to detail
- Self-motivated and reliable
- A strong understanding of finances / mortgages / mortgage reduction.
This role suits someone who is organised, confident on the phone, and motivated to perform.
