Our Northern Construction business is now seeking a Receptionist to maintain reception duties and welcome visitors, working Monday to Friday from 9am – 3pm*.
- This is a part time position to suit school hours or allow time for other commitments, and as a result hours of work can be negotiated.
Your Contribution
Maintaining reception and phone management, as well as the greater team when required.
General administration and data entry, including maintenance of records, fuel cards, e-tags and databases.
Ordering and coordination of IT equipment.
Employee travel bookings.
Coordination of catering, ordering of groceries and ensuring front desk and rooms are clean and tidy.
How will you connect to the role?
Ideally you will have transferable skills, or a strong desire to learn on the job. A proactive and can-do attitude, with an ability to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently to self-manage tasks. You will exhibit professional acumen and communication skills, with an ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Finally, strong attention-to-detail, and prioritisation skills with a focus on quality outcomes, will see you hit the ground running in this role.
