About the Role:

✔ Provide high-quality, engaging, and evidence-based speech pathology intervention
✔ Deliver individualised therapy sessions tailored to each child’s interests, strengths, and needs

At Triple L, we take a holistic and shared approach to children's development, integrating audiology and speech-language therapy to provide comprehensive care for listening, language, literacy, and speech challenges.
As part of our team, you'll work closely with an accredited paediatric audiologist and experienced speech pathologists, collaborating to assess hearing, auditory processing, speech, language and literacy function for accurate diagnosis and tailored interventions.
This multidisciplinary approach ensures effective intervention planning and better outcomes for the children we support. You'll also gain valuable insights into hearing and auditory processing, further enhancing your ability to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based interventions across speech, language, and literacy areas.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
✔ Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia
✔ Blue Card (Working with Children Check) required
✔ Excellent interpersonal skills - ability to build rapport with children and families, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively in a team
✔ Strong oral and written communication skills
✔ Excellent organisational and time management skills, including planning, documentation, and attention to detail
✔ A positive attitude, initiative, and motivation to continue learning and developing professionally
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team
✔ Must be available before and after-school hours - especially on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays ideally
✔ Some experience in literacy and early childhood is essential, along with motivation to continue developing specialist skills in literacy
✔ Experience in dysfluency will be a bonus but is not essential
✔ New graduates welcome, provided you have a strong motivation and willingness to develop your clinical skills
✔ Eagerness to be mentored and gain experience in Auditory Processing Disorder, Dyslexia, and Dysgraphia
✔ Comfortable working in a child-friendly clinic environment that includes a therapy dog onsite
