Cedars Tavern is preparing to launch its new bistro and sports bar experience, and we’re building the front-of-house team now.
We’re looking for Casual Food & Beverage Team Members to work across the bar, bistro floor, food running, sports bar and beer garden.
Hospitality experience is useful, but reliability, confidence with customers and a willingness to learn matter just as much.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service
- Serve drinks and process orders accurately
- Run meals and keep the bistro floor moving during busy service
- Maintain clean, stocked and inviting customer areas
- Follow RSA, food safety and venue procedures
- Support your teammates across different areas as trade changes
Who We’re Looking For
- Hospitality experience is welcomed but not essential for the right person
- Friendly, reliable people who enjoy working with customers
- Confidence working in a busy, team-focused environment
- Availability across week days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- A current NSW RSA/RCG, or willingness to obtain both before commencing
