About the Opportunity

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from motivated individuals looking to build a Personal Training business within a community lead commercial gym.

Our club is in the fortunate position and are going through a growth phase, and we are looking to connect with the right Personal Trainer — someone who sees this as a long-term opportunity rather than just a job.

Someone who has the grit, stamina and resilience and sees this as the pathway to their financial freedom.Candidates may already be qualified, close to qualifying, or genuinely committed to entering the fitness industry and willing to finish what they start.

For the right person, guidance and support will be provided to help you develop and succeed. You will operate as a self-employed Personal Trainer, supported by a Personal Training Manager throughout your journey.

What This Role Involves

Running your own Personal Training business within a commercial gym
Delivering high-quality 1:1 coaching
Building and retaining a client base
Maintaining a professional presence on the gym floor
Taking ownership of your schedule, income, and development

Who This Is For

We are interested in hearing from individuals who:

Are qualified Personal Trainers or nearing qualification
OR are seriously considering entering the fitness industry and are willing to commit to qualifying
Are professional, reliable, and coachable
Have strong people skills and confidence working with members
Want to build something long-term, and will do more than the bare minimum

Experience is welcomed but not essential — mindset and work ethic are key.
