We are looking for a highly motivated and organised Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our growing team in Brisbane. This casual role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about contributing to a meaningful cause within the NDIS sector.

Key Responsibilities: The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Providing comprehensive general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.

Performing accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date records and databases.

Assisting with NDIS-specific administrative tasks, such as managing NDIS documentation.

Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and redirecting inquiries efficiently.

Pay: $25.21 – $38.00 per hour
