About the Role:

We are seeking Assistant in Nursing (AINs)/Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team and provide exceptional care across a variety of healthcare settings, including aged care facilities and community environment. This is a rewarding opportunity for compassionate and dedicated individuals who are eager to make a difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) with patient care
Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Support mobility and assist with daily activities
Monitor patients' well-being and report changes to healthcare professionals
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
Follow care plans and agency guidelines to ensure high-quality service

Requirements:

Must have full working rights in Australia (no sponsorship available)
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent
Full legal rights to work in Australia
At least 3 - 6 months experience in aged care, disability, or hospital settings (preferred)
A National Police Check (within the last 6-12 months)
A current First Aid/CPR certificate
Manual Handling Certificate
Current Flu Vaccination
Records of Vaccination / Immunity
Your own reliable transport
Ability to represent Good Hope Healthcare to the best of your ability
Effective communication and great interpersonal skills
Reliable and able to maintain a safe and high standard of practice
