Our graduates experience a unique blend of Bid Management and Estimating. One day you might be coordinating a multi-million-dollar bid for a smart hospital, airport or data centre; the next, you could be analysing project costs, developing commercial strategies, engaging suppliers or helping shape the technical solution that wins the project.
You will work alongside experienced Bid Managers, Estimators, Solution Architects, Sales Leaders and Operations teams while building skills that can launch a career in project management, commercial leadership, sales, engineering or business management.
Your work will directly influence how Honeywell competes, wins and delivers projects that make buildings safer, smarter, more sustainable and more connected.
About You
- Recently completed or completing a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Systems, Chemical or related Engineering discipline, including a double degree with finance or commerce
- Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity about how technical solutions become successful commercial outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning.
