As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and creatively driven Senior Interior Property Stylist to join our team.
The Role
As a Senior Interior Property Stylist, you will lead the creative direction of styling projects from concept through to installation. You will work closely with clients, real estate professionals, photographers, and our internal logistics team to deliver beautifully curated spaces that align with current design trends and the unique character of each property.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a refined design eye, strong leadership skills, and extensive experience in residential property styling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute high-end residential property styling projects
- Develop styling concepts tailored to each property’s architecture, target market, and campaign strategy
- Select furniture, artwork, décor, and accessories to create cohesive and aspirational interiors
- Manage installations and ensure exceptional presentation standards on-site
- Collaborate with agents, homeowners, trades, and photographers
- Mentor junior stylists and contribute to team development
- Stay current with interior design, styling, and property market trends
- Assist with inventory selection, quality control, and showroom presentation
- Ensure projects are delivered on time.
About You
Are you passionate about interiors, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment. You bring both vision and practical execution to every project.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in interior styling or property styling
- A portfolio showcasing residential styling projects
- Exceptional spatial awareness and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of colour, texture, furniture composition, and current design trends
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to lead installations and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Confident working independently and collaboratively
- Experienced in residential styling
- Driver’s licence preferred
