About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intake, Funding & Administration Assistant to support our intake and funding team.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the disability sector, with hands-on experience across referrals, onboarding, and NDIS-related administration.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with managing enquiries and referrals
Support participant intake and onboarding processes
Enter and maintain accurate data in the client management system
Prepare documentation including service agreements and intake records
Assist with basic funding checks (NDIS, TAC, DFFH)
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
Follow up outstanding documents and information
Provide general administrative support to the team

About You

Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Interest in the disability sector and willingness to learn
Previous admin or sector experience (desirable but not essential)
