About the opportunity:

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our Bathurst team. In this pivotal role, you’ll accelerate sales performance and be instrumental in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities;

Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing all F&I transactions end-to-end
Drive performance across finance and insurance products through Financial Services and lending partners
Proactively identify and pursue new customer opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Develop lasting partnerships with finance agents and insurers
Deliver an exceptional, seamless customer experience at every stage

About you:

You will demonstrate:

1-2 years' experience as a Business Manager in a fast-paced retail automotive environment.
Meet and exceed sales targets while overseeing all F&I transactions end-to-end
Maximise performance of finance and insurance products across Financial Services and lending partners
Proactively generate new business through customer prospecting
Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Maintain effective partnerships with finance agents and insurers
Deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint
