An expanding telecommunications provider is looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to drive business growth across the Central West region. You don't need previous sales or telecommunications experience to be considered, just the right attitude!

The Opportunity
In this field-based role, you will work directly with businesses throughout the Central West, helping them improve the way they communicate through innovative telecommunications solutions. From identifying new prospects to developing long-term partnerships, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s regional presence.
You’ll be supported by an experienced team while enjoying the autonomy to manage your own pipeline, build relationships, and achieve outstanding sales results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new business opportunities across the Central West region
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers to understand operational and communication requirements
- Recommend and present tailored telecommunications solutions including business phone systems, internet connectivity, and cloud-based services
- Build strong client relationships and maintain ongoing account engagement
- Manage your sales pipeline and consistently achieve performance targets
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records using internal systems
- Represent the business professionally within the local community and broader NSW region when required
About You
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Telecommunications, IT, or technology sales experience will be highly regarded
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory effectively
- Comfortable presenting solutions to business clients and stakeholders
- Current Australian driver’s licence required
