About the role
We are seeking a committed Health Clinician to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team supporting people who are seeking assistance with alcohol and drug use.
In this role, you will utilise innovative, evidence‑based interventions to provide high‑quality professional support, grounded in trauma‑informed, respectful and person‑centred care. You will tailor your approach to the individual needs of the client, employing an tailored and holistic model that incorporates comprehensive care planning to address the physical, emotional and social aspects of each person’s recovery journey.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of our communities while enjoying family‑friendly Monday to Friday hours within a supportive and collaborative workplace dedicated to improving outcomes for people experiencing alcohol and other drug challenges.
Work hours are Monday – Friday.
