Full Job Description

Ron Finemore Transport (RFT) is a nationally recognised leader in regionally based transport. Established in 2004, RFT has grown into a leading company of over 950 people with more than 290 trucks on the road. RFT provide safe, cost effective and reliable delivery of food & fuel products.

We are looking for a full time MC Fuel Driver to run out of Bathurst.

The roster will be 5 and 6 shifts over 2 weeks:
– Monday to Friday Week 1
– Monday to Friday Week 2, with a Sunday shift as well.
Shifts are starting at 15:00 each day (Sunday Shift can start from 5am).

You will need to hold current Multi Combination Licence as well as having or willing to obtain a Dangerous Goods licence and SLP accreditation before commencing. You will also need to pass a national crime check and pre employment medical on the way in.

We offer a competitive pay structure with additional benefits for our driver team which include:

Sign on bonus of $5,000 payable in instalments over 3 years for full time drivers (who remain consistently employed as FT drivers) *terms, conditions & exclusions apply
Above award Super contributions.
Increased rates for length of service.
Bonus payments for safe & compliant performance.
Meal allowance.
5 weeks annual leave for rotating shifts.
Additional flexi day leave entitlements.
Extra shift payments.
Sunday penalty rates.
