Physiotherapist position available for immediate start.
Full-time (Part-time may be negotiable for the right candidate)

About The Role:

High earning potential in a premium clinic.
Immediate demand with recent departure of a physio means there is the ability to build a caseload quickly and achieve significant financial rewards.
We are a MSK clinic with varied caseloads including a mix of primarily high quality private clients along with NDIS, RTWSA/MVA. Our varied services include pilates, hydrotherapy, extensive gym equipment, hand therapy, workplace services, Strength and Power Testing (AxIT). This helps to offer a variation in your work day as well as providing you with the tools necessary to succeed and helps you expand beyond the confines of the 4 walls of the consult room.
The role will be tailored to suit experienced or early career physiotherapists.
Our clinic model supports high earning potential and growth opportunities that ensure we are able to sufficiently reward our team for the skills and value they provide regardless of career stage.
Our career pathway and ongoing non-clinical mentoring provides a framework for individual career progression tailored to your values and goals so we can help you be fulfilled in your career and life outside of work.
We will work with you to identify and/or support development of your area of interest and maximise you ability to attract your ideal client.
For early career therapists, we will provide a structured and thorough mentoring and training program to develop the foundations of a successful career. We will continue to support and guide you on this journey to support growth and career progression as your career with us evolves.
High level professional development support for our entire team includes regular in services including external presenters and courses, regular mentoring and access to the RDWA health workforce scholarship program which provides opportunity to apply for up to a total of $10,000 annually for professional development for individuals who work in our region.
This position is full time with part-time negotiable for the right candidate.
A rewarding salary package is available with high earning potential.
