As the Administration Assistant at Ridgehaven Rise, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the village while also helping deliver wellbeing initiatives that bring residents together. This is a varied role where approximately 75% of your time will focus on administration and 25% will support resident wellbeing activities, events and community engagement.

What You Will Be Working On
You'll:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Village Manager.
- Welcome residents, visitors and contractors.
- Manage village communications, records and administration.
- Coordinate resident enquiries and support move-in administration.
- Assist with planning and delivering wellbeing initiatives and events.
- Support resident engagement programs and community activities.
- Use Microsoft Office and village systems to maintain accurate records.

- Previous administration experience in a busy customer-focused environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.

- A genuine interest in creating positive experiences for older Australians.
