Join the dedicated team at Angaston Hospital and make a meaningful impact in your local community. Our small, highly skilled service provides a range of Day Surgery specialties, including Ophthalmology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Gynaecology, Urology, Plastics, and Orthopaedics.
Working closely with the Nurse Unit Manager you’ll grow your clinical expertise while supporting and mentoring others, taking pride in your professional accountability and commitment to excellence.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Do you hold or are eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife?
- Minimum 3 year’s experience
- Are you skilled in problem solving, communication, and conflict resolution?
- Do you work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and prioritise workloads?
- Are you innovative, flexible, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care?
- Do you hold a post graduate qualification in Peri-operative Nursing?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?
You will……….
- Assess patient needs and plan, implement, or coordinate appropriate care.
- Provide health education, counselling, and rehabilitation programs.
- Support, guide, and mentor less experienced staff, students, and Enrolled Nurses.
- Maintain professional development while fostering cooperative working relationships.
