With consistent upcoming work across civil and industrial projects, we’re offering genuine long-term opportunities — not just short-term shutdown roles.
Whether you’re an established Leading Hand or a strong Carpenter ready to step up, we want to hear from you. If you’ve been informally leading crews, mentoring apprentices, or running sections of work — this is your chance to formalise that next move.
Skills & Experience Required

Trade-qualified Carpenter with solid site experience

Leading Hand experience or demonstrated capability to step into the role

Strong understanding of formwork and concreting fundamentals

Ability to read and interpret plans and scopes of work

Commitment to safety and positive team leadership

Construction White Card
-
Reliable, proactive, and a strong communicator
