About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Metal Machinist to join our workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for machining metal components to precise specifications using manual and/or CNC machines.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and engineer composite products using advanced CAD/CAM software.
· Program and operate digital flatbed cutters and other CNC machinery to produce precision composite components.
· Collaborate with the product development team to refine designs and streamline production.
· Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and quality control.
· Provide technical input and mentorship to other team members.
· Research and trial new materials, tools, and technologies to enhance production capabilities.
Skills and Experience:
